About This Calendar
If you are one of my students, you can view
your regular lesson time as well as when A
make up or rescheduled lesson is. You can
also see when there is an open time to
reschedule a lesson. See below for how to
know when a spot is open. If I have your
email, I can email a reminder for make ups,
rescheduled lessons, a new time- just about
anything. To quickly request a time for
something, fill out the Quick Request form.

the next month. I require a month's notice
for those who don't want lessons anymore,
so there may be something open next month.

Terms Used
Open Slot: This means that the slot is open for permanent scheduling for new students or
students that would like to switch their time. This slot is also available for A make up or
reschedule.
Early Cancel: This means that the student has cancelled in advance, and the slot is
available for A make up or reschedule. If you are my student, this also means that you are
eligible for A credit or make up, provided that this is your only cancellation this month. If you
are A flex time student, you may schedule A lesson.
Late Cancel: This means that the student has cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. You
may schedule A make up or flex time lesson if you catch it early enough and call me or the
store.. If you are the parent or student that cancelled, no refund will be given, but you may
schedule A make up as long as this is your only cancellation this month.
Rescheduled: This means that the student has rescheduled A lesson and this time is open
for A different reschedule, make up, or flex time lesson.

Don't See A Time That Fits Your Schedule?
If you don't see A time that fits into your schedule, you may want to consider
Flex Time. For more info on what A flex time student is, go to About My
Studio. If you don't like flex time, I can always put you on A waiting list, but
keep in mind that the waiting list is first come, first serve, and also that flex
time students take priority over the waiting list. If you would like to be on
the waiting list, please fill out the above form with preferred days and times.
